Why Choose Us

A calm, reliable partner for your application

Applying for a visa can feel opaque: shifting document lists, consulate-specific quirks, and forms where a small slip causes a big delay. Schengen Travel exists to take that uncertainty off your shoulders. We are a UK-registered consultancy based in central London, supporting UK residents with Schengen, worldwide, long-stay, UK immigration and passport applications.

We are deliberately not a high-pressure agency. Our job is to explain your options clearly, prepare a complete and consistent submission, and keep you informed at each stage.

Regulated and accountable

Immigration advice in the UK is regulated for a reason. Schengen Travel provides visa application support, while regulated UK immigration advice is handled by our associated firm, Kaya Legal Consultancy Ltd. That means clear scope, proper handling of your information, and advice you can hold us to.

Plain advice, no false promises

The decision on any visa belongs to the consulate or the Home Office, never to a consultant. We will never claim to guarantee an outcome. What we can do is help your application be accurate, well-organised and submitted on time, and flag the common pitfalls before they become problems.

What we help with

  • Completing application forms accurately and consistently
  • Checking and pre-checking your supporting documents
  • Booking embassy, consulate or visa-centre appointments
  • Drafting clear cover and supporting letters
  • End-to-end support from first enquiry to submission

Central London, close to the visa centres

Our office sits at Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, in the City of London, well connected by Tube and the Elizabeth line to the major London visa application centres. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 3pm. You are welcome to call us on +44 20 3084 5533 to talk things through, and we are happy to handle much of the process remotely if that suits you better.

Built around your route

Every applicant is different. A short Schengen holiday, a long-stay study route and a UK immigration matter each have their own requirements, and we tailor our support accordingly rather than forcing your case into a template. We will set out the likely steps, the documents to gather, and what we will do at each stage, so you always know where things stand.

If you would like to talk through your trip or your route, start your application and we will guide you from there.

Frequently asked questions

Is your UK immigration advice regulated?
UK immigration advice is a regulated activity overseen by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC). Schengen Travel provides visa application support; where you need regulated UK immigration advice, it is provided by our associated firm, Kaya Legal Consultancy Ltd (opens in new tab), which is registered with the IAA (ref F202100331). We confirm when this applies before any paid immigration work begins.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The decision rests solely with the consulate or Home Office. We provide application support to help your submission be complete, consistent and on time.
Where are you based?
Our office is at Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5SQ. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, and you can reach us on +44 20 3084 5533.
Do you only handle Schengen visas?
No. Alongside Schengen applications we support worldwide visas, long-stay routes, UK immigration matters and passport services for UK residents.
How do I get started?
Get in touch via our contact page or call the office. We will talk through your trip or route, explain the likely steps, and agree the support you need before any work begins.
