Pick a time that suits you and talk to a UK-based adviser about your route, your documents and how long the process realistically takes.
Talk to an adviser first
Most avoidable refusals come from decisions made before anyone opens a form: applying to the wrong
consulate, choosing a route that does not match how you are funded, or booking travel before an
appointment is confirmed. A short conversation at the start is usually worth more than help at the
end.
The consultation is free, lasts about half an hour, and carries no obligation.
You will get a calendar invitation by email with the time and joining details. If you need to move
it, use the link in that invitation — it updates our diary automatically. If nothing suitable is
showing, send us an enquiry and we will arrange something outside the listed slots.
We provide application support, not decisions — the outcome always rests with the relevant
authority.
Frequently asked questions
What does the consultation cover?
We talk through which route fits your circumstances, what the consulate or authority will expect to see, the documents worth preparing early, and a realistic timeline. If we are not the right people to help, we will say so.
Is it really free?
Yes. The consultation is free and there is no obligation to book a service afterwards. Our fees, if you do go ahead, are listed on the pricing page.
Can you tell me whether my application will be approved?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. The decision rests entirely with the consulate, embassy or immigration authority. What we can do is tell you honestly how your case looks and where the common problems are.
What should I have ready?
Your nationality, your UK immigration status, where you want to travel or move to, roughly when, and the purpose of the trip. Nothing needs to be prepared in advance — bring questions.
I would rather just email or call.
That is fine. Use the contact form or call the office during opening hours and we will find a time that works.
