Schengen Travel: your trusted partner in safe travel documentation.
Avoid the single most common cause of visa refusal — incomplete or incorrectly-formatted supporting documents. An adviser reviews your application pack against the consulate’s published checklist before you submit it.
What we review
Our document pre-check covers every element a consulate typically requires for a Schengen or worldwide visa submission. An experienced adviser works through your pack methodically, checking each item against the destination consulate’s published checklist.
Documents reviewed include:
- Passport validity — expiry date, blank pages and condition against the consulate’s minimum requirements.
- Passport photographs — size, background, expression, lighting and print quality checked to the ICAO and consulate-specific standard.
- Financial evidence — bank statements, payslips, employer letters and sponsorship documents reviewed for consistency, coverage period and correct formatting.
- Travel insurance — policy wording checked for Schengen-area coverage, minimum medical limit and repatriation clause.
- Accommodation bookings — hotel confirmations, Airbnb reservations or host invitation letters matched against your stated itinerary and travel dates.
- Cover letters and supporting narrative — clarity, completeness and alignment with the rest of your application.
The review process: Once payment clears, you send us your documents via the method we confirm. Your adviser reviews every item, cross-references details across documents (dates, names, amounts) and produces a written red/amber/green report. Submissions received before 15:00 Monday to Friday are returned within three working hours; later submissions are returned by 11:00 the next working day.
Who benefits most: First-time Schengen applicants, travellers with complex itineraries (multi-country, business or family visits), self-employed applicants whose financial evidence is less straightforward, and anyone who has previously been refused and wants to be certain the resubmission is right.
Secure document handling: Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in a dedicated UK-region facility, and accessible only to the adviser handling your case. EXIF and metadata are stripped from images on receipt. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and DPIA summary.
