  • Students:

  • A recent, official, signed letter from the school, college, or university in the UK, stating the date of issue, name of the applicant, type of studies, number of lessons (hours) per week, and attendance record.

  1. Proof of Funds:
  • Latest 3 months’ UK current account bank statements showing the applicant’s name, address, and an end balance dated within the last month on the visa application submission date.

  • The balance must show a minimum amount of approximately EUR 55 per person per day (approximately GBP 47) of stay in the Schengen Area, plus any outstanding accommodation and travel fees.

  • Alternatively, online bank account printouts are also accepted.

  1. Financial Support Documents (if applicable):
  • If financially supported by a spouse:

  • Marriage Certificate as proof of relationship.

  • Spouse’s bank account statements for the last three months (same criteria as above).

  • Statement of Willingness to Support signed by the spouse, confirming financial support for the applicant.

  • If financially supported by parent(s):

  • Proof of family relationship (e.g., birth certificate) confirming the parental relationship.

  • Parent(s) bank account statements for the last three months (same criteria as above).

  • Statement of Willingness to Support signed by the parent(s), confirming financial support for the applicant.

  1. Round-Trip Ticket Booking: Reservation for airfare, train, bus, or cruise.
  • Note: Make travel reservations with cancellation options if your visa request is refused.

  • Confirmed hotel booking for the full stay in the Netherlands or other Schengen countries, including the applicant’s name, travel dates, and accommodation address.

  • If accommodations are not fully booked, provide proof of sufficient means to cover accommodation costs during the intended stay.
