Family holidays, with the paperwork made calmer
Travelling abroad with children adds a layer of admin that can feel daunting, especially when a visa is involved. This service supports families who are already working with us on a Schengen or worldwide application and would like help organising the travel side at the same time.
We are a visa consultancy first. The holiday element is an add-on: we coordinate with travel partners for flights, accommodation, transfers and family-friendly tours so that your itinerary and your application documents fit together. We do not invent prices or guarantee availability, and any travel bookings sit with the relevant provider.
Who this suits
Families planning a trip to Europe or further afield where one or more travellers need a visa, and who would rather not juggle the application and the booking separately. It is particularly useful where children are travelling, or where one parent is not coming along and consent documentation may be required.
What we help with
- Reviewing who in the family needs a visa, based on nationality and destination
- Explaining the documents children typically need, and how to evidence the relationship to the accompanying adult
- Guidance on parental consent paperwork where one parent is not travelling
- Sequencing the application and any travel bookings so dates and documents align
- Coordinating flights, accommodation and family-friendly tours through travel partners
What to prepare
- Valid passports for every traveller, including children
- Birth certificates or other proof of the parent-child relationship
- Provisional travel dates and your intended destinations
- Details of any parent not travelling, if relevant to consent
Requirements differ by nationality and by the consulate handling your case, and official processes change, so we always check your specific circumstances rather than assuming. Where a step depends on a government or consular rule, we will point you to the official source.
To begin, head to /contact/ with your dates, destination and who is travelling, and we will set out the likely route and what to prepare next.
