The UK Student visa (formerly Tier 4) is for people aged 16 or over who have an offer from a licensed student sponsor for an eligible course of study.

You will usually need a confirmed place on a course with a licensed sponsor, enough money to cover course fees and living costs, and the required level of English. The exact requirements depend on your course and circumstances.
